Developing healthy habits can help in many areas of your life from your career to your mental and physical well-being.

Over the years I have implemented certain habits into my life and to this it is part of my day to day routine.

I didn’t start all at once. I started with one and gradually incorporated more and more healthy habits to create a healthier balanced lifestyle.

Because as it goes it’s the little things that are done everyday that eventually add up to monumental change. 

So if you want to change your life and have a better tomorrow, start by implementing one or maybe all of the healthy habits below.

I know some of them may be cliche and you may be like “duh” but some other habits are more sophisticated and I hope you are able to integrate some of these habits cliche or non cliche into your life! Incorporate a habit tracker planner and you will start to feel more accomplished and motivated to lead a healthier lifestyle.

If you can just tackle one habit at a time one day you will notice that they will just be part of your day to day routine and that’s where real change begins

22 HEALTHY HABITS YOU SHOULD START TODAY

1. Drink more water 

I am sure you have heard it many times by now but staying hydrated is super important for a healthy body. Not only does it keep you hydrated it keeps you young!

2. Sleep early to get up early

3.Freeze bananas, blueberries and other fruit to readily have available for healthy smoothies

4.Eliminate sugary drinks like soda , fruit juices and even coffee beverages

5. Practice gratitude
