Losing weight is not easy and anyone who tells it is wrong. I’ve struggled with weight loss and through trial and error have found little things that work for me and would like to share with all of you.
I have compiled a list of weight loss items to be found on amazon, that have helped me in my weight loss journey and want to share these items in hopes of making weight loss easier for you.

Choose a water bottle that is versatile and light, and not too bulky so that you can take it with you anywhere you go.

2. Resistance bands
Resistance bands will be your best friend. They work so well to help engage your muscles in an effective way, and enhance your lower body muscles.
They can go with you anywhere and are such an effective tool to use to strengthen those legs, glutes and calves.

3. Yoga Mat
Incorporating yoga into your fitness routine is a great way to make sure all muscles are properly warmed up and helps prevent injury.
You can easily incorporate yoga in your home. All you need is a yoga mat!
4. Weighted Jump Rope
Jump Rope with a weighted jump rope is a fantastic way to get in cardio and build strength at the same time.
This weighted jump rope has been a true game changer for my physique. When you are short on time and need to workout, a weighted jump rope can be super effective.

Magnesium is a very important supplement to help with muscle recovery and reduce stress levels naturally.
